Would you like to garden with us?
The garden offers 24 x 4 beds for a growing season from February until December. The annual plot fee of $50 per bed covers automatic irrigation, soil amendments, gardener education programs, seeds and plant starts that are provided to all. In addition, a $30 refundable plot cleanout deposit is held for every gardener. All garden members are expected to contribute at least 3 hours of time per month working on communal projects and to donate at least half of their harvest for the food bank we serve.
Step 1:
Please fill out the form and let us know a little about your gardening background:
A garden member will contact you to schedule an orientation visit and tour of the garden. You will also receive a New Gardener Packet with information about the garden and Gardeners’ Agreement and application form.
Step 2:
Please fill out the application you receive and bring it with you to the meeting at the garden. We will assign you a bed at that time and you can make your payment by check or cash.
